Assuming you have it turned on: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable-touchpad-in-windows-11.7474/ and still not working, uninstall the 12C-HID device and Precision Touchpad driver in Human Interface Devices, Device manager. Also check if you see any Yellow exclamation marks and greyed out Unknown Devices, uninstall those, check the Hidden Devices too. Make sure internet is working and just reboot.
