How to charge my predator helios 16 ph16-71-71 from the usb c port

I have an acer predator helios 16 ph16-71-71av and the battery drains so fast that the battery drain in less than an hour so I thought of getting a powerbank but the problem is that when I try to charge my laptop from the usb c ports it doesnt charge. I tried many methods like updating the drivers and made sure that the usb c charge requierements are made the wattage but nothing works. i really need your help I have college very soon and 1 hour of battery life isn't enough.
