Hello all,
I wish to upgrade the RAM from 8 GB available to 16 GB.
Can someone guide me towards the steps required to do so?

No, there's no slot available for upgrade, this model comes with either 8GB or 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, Low Powered memory modules are BGA type(Ball Grid Array) and they can only be soldered.

Hi,
This model comes with LPDDR5 type memory which is soldered to the motherboard, so unfortunately, you can not upgrade RAM in this model.
