Acer whatsapp support wont respond!

I contacted Acer offical whatsapp support chat but nobody is responding. I need my speakers to get fixed, where is the support??? Can someone here help please! I need live chat with support team.

    I have browser lag and distorted speakers! My PC has 4070 rtx and 32 gb ram with 13700hx processor. This is ridiculous. Even on performence mode i experience stuttering of typing or sometimes lag, slow movement of webpages when i scroll down… It feels like my FPS drops to 30 suddenly from 165. And there isnt any programs running on the background.

    My windows 11 is up to date and i bought this PC just 2 weeks ago. Acer Predator Helios 18 PH18-71/ This is my model.

    Only thing i didnt install is the bios drivers from acers own site. Do i need to download them? How can i check my bios or other drivers are the same or better version of them? Please look at my profile for the detailed topic of my speaker problem too.

    I feel like i made a huge mistake buying something from Acer right now to be honest. I have a desktop PC with lower RTX and processor with 165hz monitor and scrolling down in web with it feels much more better and fluid. Scrolling down with my Acer laptop however, which suppose to be better even if it is a mobile station, feels so cheap and laggy. Even my 10 year old laptop was better.

    When i scroll down in a page, it feels like the motion is slower, laggy and happens like as if my screen is just 30fps. My desktop feels much different even when typing or websurfing. However, the videogames run fine. I can play god of war on ultra settings without an issue but just the general usage of windows or web browsers feels off.

    Even when i open a file on desktop. It pops up empty and the files come 1 seconds later. I though i bought a premium monster like laptop but this feels so cheap and slow for 2500 eur price. Please fix this.
