AT boot press F2 to enter BIOS. Select Main Menu page and then press Ctrl+S. This should enable the IRST menu then turn off IRST. It will enable ACH mode for drives. Then win will see drives. There is a preload driver for IRST but not sure it will work. I upgraded my Aspire with 2 Samsung NVMe drives and use the samsung driver after install.

No option for that in BIOS or the Ctrl+S doesn't work.

make sure you are at the main menu page when you press ctrl+s. the controller is call VMD controller. you may also need to set a admin password in bios.

Error message "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click Load driver" during Windows installation on systems with Intel® 11th Generation (Tiger Lake) processors

You are NOT installing an important driver when you are installing Win-11, that is where you are going wrong!

Do this, when you get to the Win-11 stage of the installation of "Where do you want to install Windows?" have an unzipped IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver version 18.6.1.1016 for your laptop on either the installation Win-11 USB or on a different USB, and then go to "Load driver" and install this Intel IRST driver, after that you will see the M.2 SSD boot drive, and you will need to format the boot drive and you will be able to continue the installation. Its a very simple process. Don't touch the bios or do anything else!
