ma webcam intégrée n'est pas reconnue par windows11 ( acer aspire A314-23P)

    Download and install the new BIOS version 1.07 here: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_1.07_A_A.zip?acerid=638205118297106311&Step1=&Step2=&Step3=ASPIRE%20A314-23P&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6 make sure your internet is working, reboot and Windows11 will install the webcam driver.

    Hi @cyrillille If the camera does not appear in the device manager, you may have a hardware problem with the camera.

    Have you made any changes to the team lately?

    Have I used it recently without problems?

    It could be a problem with the edp cable as well.
