Low fps in my acer predator helios 300 ph315-53

Hello everyone, lately I am having a couple of problems with my predator laptop, it has an rtx 2060 and when I am playing after a while the gpu temperature shoots up to 84 degrees and the fps drops from 100 to 20 and the gpu starts consuming 100%, does anyone know why this happens?

    If your hardware doesn't match the requirements for running the game at its best/highest settings, there isn't much you can do. Try to free up as many system resources as you can i.e., quit all other apps while you play and you'll get a better FPS rate.
