Recently updated to windows 11 and my games suddenly coupdn't run. I looked up solutions online and was told to check device manager and when I opened it my graphics card is hidden and disconnected. It says that I have to reconnect the hardware device but I have no idea how to do that.

Have you got the right and latest NVidia driver for the GTX1650 GPU? Go to NVidia and to Download Drivers and get the last GTX1650 driver version 536.99 dated: 04 August 2023.

First, run the new Win-10/11 driver for the NVidia GTX1650 GPU, then use the Clean Install section like shown below, as this will completely uninstall all previous NVidia GPU drivers and only install this latest driver. Afterwards, this method will recognize your NVidia GPU if your GPU is working and its not damaged?

If the GTX1650 doesn't work or is recognized, then there is a fault or the GPU is damaged, as the laptop should recognize the dedicated NVidia GTX1650 GPU after a new and latest driver update. You can also look at this guide "How to fix NVIDIA GPU Error Code 45?" as if all this doesn't fix the GTX1650 GPU then you either can only use your laptops integrated CPU graphics or you change the mainboard to a new board for your AN515-54 (like listed below) as its either that you GPU is burnt out or its VCores are shorted and damaged which can't be fixed or replaced and you need to get a new mainboard.

I tried downloading a driver from the NVIDIA link you shared but it says it's not compatible with my device.

That is impossible, have you gone through "How to fix NVIDIA GPU Error Code 45?" guide? As and if your laptops GPU is working 100% then the below driver for the GTX1650 GPU should install fully and work 100%, if it doesn't, then the GPU is faulty/burned out and your laptop is only working on the CPU integrated graphics the Intel® UHD Graphics 630 which should be working on driver Win-11 Version: 31.0.101.2115.

For the Win-11 OS that you have, which is the last version and OS builds, your NVidia GTX1650 NVidia driver for Win-11 is this driver below and should work 100%, I have a laptop that I've just update for a friend with the GTX1650 with the below driver and it works 100% and perfectly with all gaming:

    GeForce Game Ready Driver

    Version:

    536.99 WHQL

    Release Date:

    2023.8.8

    Operating System:

    Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11

    Language:

    English (India)
