Hello
Acer Swift SF114-34, N6000, 8/512
Can I replace the AX201 WiFi module with AX210, AX211 or AX411? Add RAM (solder) up to 16GB and replace SSD with 1TB?

Although Intel originally said the AX201, AX211 and AX411 were interchangeable, they have since modified that. The AX201 works on 10th gen and later systems, the AX211 on 11th gen and later, the AX411 on 12th gen and later. I don't have access to a block diagram for your model, so i can't tell if that M.2 port is usable for PCIe WLAN cards as well as the CNVio2 interface. If it only supports CNVio2 then you can only use an AX201. If it also supports PCIe then an AX200 or AX210 should work.

Your memory is soldered to the motherboard, using 200-ball BGA surface mount chips. Changing those is a major undertaking even for a technician skilled in surface mount repair.. It's not a matter is adding two more chips for 16GB but in replacing the existing 8GB with 16GB instead. You would likely be better off to sell your 8GB model and purchase the 16GB model instead. Some models of the SF114-34 have eMMC storage, some use an M.2 SSD. It's not clear whether the M.2 slot is populated on all the eMMC designs, so you would have to open it and look to see if the drive is replaceable. If you have an eMMC system and an M.2 slot then you could add a 1TB SSD and use the eMMC as data storage after cloning the existing system to the new drive.

Thank you very much billsey for such a voluminous answer, but I would still like to get answers to questions without opening the laptop, and then buy the necessary parts for the upgrade)

@BAG AX201 works fine for now if you don't have a WIFI 6 or 6E router. If you want to upgrade, go with AX210 or AX410 for better compatibility. RAM is soldered and not easily upgradable. For storage, your current drive is 512GB which I assume is an M.2 SSD. You can replace it with a 1TB M.2 SSD.

@AnhEZ28 thank you for your answer, everything is clear with RAM, not every service center is capable of this, and it’s probably expensive. I'm more interested in the compatibility of components for upgrading this particular model, so as not to waste money and time in vain. AX211 and AX411 modules will not work due to processor generation incompatibility, while AX210 supports PCIe, USB. The AX201 module, which is currently installed and constantly drops the connection, supports CNVio2. The same for SSD, I would like to find out what characteristics should be for normal operation (compatibility).

@BAG the AX201 and AX210 have the same interface so you should be fine with it. AX210 doesn't have CNVio2 which has wider compatibility.

@AnhEZ28, thank you so much. I more or less figured out the Wi-Fi module) Regarding the RAM too)) It remains to choose an SSD. Will Crucial P5 Plus 1TB PCIe M.2 2280SS Gaming SSD (CT1000P5PSSD8) work with my motherboard?

@BAG yes, that Crucial P5 Plus SSD will work. Be sure to prepare a Windows Installation media before proceeding to replace the SSD.

    And for opening it:

    Then remove the battery:

At this point you should have access to everything needed.
