Hello everyone, I was wondering if a person had an answer to my small dilemma that I has been happening with the Acer Nitro 5 Laptop. I want to be able to use OpenGL while enjoying games with my laptop, but I've been constantly having an issue that has forced me to switch to “Software”, or any renderer that is not OpenGL for over a year now. As seen the screenshot I have linked to this post. Everytime I attempt to turn on OpenGL in any game. I get these greenlines that plague the screen. Making gameplay near impossible. I have found that this issue fixes itself ONLY if I play fullscreened. However in my scenario, playing games full screened

is not an option, because I record gameplay as I play my games. I have tried everything including reinstalling new drivers, reinstalling the game I’m playing repeatedly, restarting my laptop repeatedly etc. If ANYBODY could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

My specific model of the Acer Nitro 5 is the AN515-55
