Hello,
I bought this laptop a few days ago and tried to use my headphone today and didn't work. I plugged in my headphone and it does not even detect that it plugged in, and I am sure the headphone is not faulty as I have tried using my earphone and it still does not detect it. I tried finding the solution on the internet and it doesn't seem to work to me (e.g. going to realtek audio console and going to device advanced settings or using realtek HD audio manager which is not built in the device by default and had to download it from realtek's website.)

Regarding the first solution that I found (going to realtek audio console and clicking on 'Device advanced settings' and then choosing the ANALOG), it does not even allow me to click anything there.

And for the second solution that I found (using realtek HD audio manager), I tried downloading the drive from realtek's website and it ended up breaking my laptop's entire audio (no sound coming out from device's speaker) and had to factory reset my laptop to fix it.

Please help me, I don't know how to fix this :(
