The Bluetooth doesn't detect any device on a brand new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-79TD

Hello,

I have a brand new Acer Nitro 5 Laptop Model ID AN515-57-79TD with Windows 11.

The Bluetooth icon is ON in the startup, and it also shows Discoverable as "my computer name" when clicking on more Bluetooth options.

I can see the drivers showing working properly in the Device Manager.

However, whenever I search for any Bluetooth devices, it doesn't detect any of my devices but it shows "Forerunner 245" which is very strange wired since I do not own any Garmin watch.

I already tried, updating & downloading, disabling & enabling, and uninstalling & installing, the drivers.

Please let me know if there is anything else I should do.

Press Win + X, select Command Prompt / Terminal, type cmd bellow and then press <Enter>:

pnputil /enum-devices /class Bluetooth /drivers > bluetooth.txt

Then, attach here the file bluetooth.txt with your results.

Change the Bluetooth devices discovery setting

If you don't see your Bluetooth device displayed in the list of devices, you may need to set your Bluetooth devices discovery setting to Advanced.

Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices .
Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose one of the following from the drop-down list:
- Default—displays common Bluetooth devices
- Advanced—displays all types of Bluetooth devices
See your Bluetooth device displayed after choosing the Advanced setting.

The device that you want to connect make sure it bluetooth is also searching for devices (your laptop) and pair with laptop from it.
