i had my laptop repaired after abnormal idle temperatures and had a gut feeling it was something with the paste so i had them open it up and the thermal paste was like clear slime and was smeared all over so they fixed it and did some driver work and when i picked it up the cpu temps were 30c and when playing games that were above 90c were not 80c which was monumental from what it was before but it has not stayed 30c and the temps now averages cooler but the temps are not around 30c anymore and closer to 43-45c which is better than what i had before the repair but still running relatively hot for the same amount of things running when it was 30c. what could have happened and how could i fix this
