Can anyone pls expalin how to install Realtek audio control and explain all of these file

  Delete the zip file and all extracted RTK Audio Console files and download RTK Audio Control from the Windows store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/app/9p2b8mcsvpln

  Just double click on the Setup_APP.cmd file and it should install.
