please i wanted to buy a w700 tablet ?

i wanted the best model of w700 with i5 and 128gb , what is the number ??

infront of me both w700-6407 and w700-6499 ?

w700-6407 is on the canadian website and says same specs , although there is some differences i read like battery up to 8 hours.

w700-6499 is on the us website says battery up to 9 hours , i don't know if that is right ? shouldnt they be the same battery ?

i wonder if there is other differences between them , both tablets are at hand i don't know which to buy ? which is newer ? i have read that some models ssd are faster than others ?

Please advise , and if there is any sheet that compares all the models , since you produce too many models !!

Thanks Smiley Happy

The 3337u is the "slightly newer" version of 3317u and 100mhz faster. The real world differece is negligible as I've had both W700 versions. I think the deciding point between if price is equal would be to look at the accesorries. The 3317u model that I had came with a leather carrying case with a separate keyboard, while the 3337u version came with a keyboard case instead of the separate case a keyboard, at least for the US package.

    Thanks for your reply,

    well i partially understand.

but there are some confusing information on acer website w700-6407 says for the processor i5-3317U 1.7GHZ

for w700-6499 on acer website it says i5-3337U 1.8GHZ.

so is it just wrong info and both are the same ? or the 6499 is like a newer processor ?

both are available while the 6407 is a lil cheaper but if the 6499 is newer or better i would go with it..

The one from canada has details for a Canada setting which includes a different keyboard French oriented.  The speed of the processor are close to each other, one Intel® Core i5-3337U Processor (3M Cache, up to 2.70 GHz) and the other Intel® Core i5-3317U Processor (3M Cache, up to 2.60 GHz).  The difference on price may be minimun since the real detail is the language and marketing zone.
