Power issues can be from many sources and very complex in these AIO PCs, the best thing that you can do is to take your AIO Aspire C24-1650 to be diagnosed by either Acer Tech Support or an experienced technician. Don't try to open your AIO as they are very complex to open, and you could break covers and components attempting to open them. An inexperienced user can't fix anything inside, so let a professional do the job.

The only thing that you can check is to see if the DC power port at the back of the AIO C24-1650s hasn't burned out or if its pins are making full contact with the adaptors plug, as you already established that the adaptor works, so try that as a last resort.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check the power source: Make sure the power outlet you're using is functioning properly. Try plugging the unit into a different outlet or using a different power cable.

Reset the power supply: Unplug the unit from the power source and wait for about 1-2 minutes. Then, plug it back in and try turning it on again.

Check the power button: Ensure that the power button is not stuck or damaged. Press it firmly to make sure it's engaging properly.

Check for loose connections: Inspect all the cables and connections between the power supply and the unit. Make sure they are securely plugged in and there are no loose connections.

Test with different peripherals: Disconnect all external devices, such as monitors, keyboard, and mouse, and try turning on the unit with only the essential components connected. Faulty peripherals can sometimes prevent the unit from powering on.

Contact technical support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's best to contact the technical support of your unit's manufacturer. They will be able to provide further assistance and guide you through the troubleshooting process.

Remember, if your unit is still under warranty, it's recommended to reach out to the manufacturer's support for repair or replacement options.

Hi @Shien as recommended by the friend @StevenGen have it checked by a trusted technical service, this type of electrical problem can be complex, although in your case I hope it is not.

    Thank you.
    All the best.

  • I agree with colleague stevengen. But there is something you can do without voiding the warranty: test the power adapter's output, putting it at 20v direct voltage:

The adapter is actually rated at 65W@19V, so when you test don't be surprised if the voltage is slightly less than 20V.
