So i just ordered a brand new nitro 16 from telia a couple days ago, it arrived yesterday and today is my first full day of playing on it. Today as i was playing the whole screen went black and then acer logo the same logo that pops up when i start my laptop popped up and then everything was gone, so i think it restarted, didn’t think much of it but now as i was playing (the same day 1st restart happened like 4 hours ago) so as i was playing, it happened again. I don’t know what the issue is and im quite stressed since it’s a brand new laptop and i paid 1300€ for it this is also my first laptop and my pc never did this. Could someone please help me i don’t know what to do since the laptop is so brand new and costs alot.

Maybe Windows11 is updating at the background, check for updates if there are pending updates, install those first before using your laptop. Also you need to do a full battery charge cycle with a new laptop otherwise your battery capacity is not registered by BIOS and Windows and may results in power issues.: Charge till the amber charge LED turns blue, unplug adapter and use the laptop till it turns off (<3% charge), plug-in (don't boot) and wait till the amber LED turns blue again. That's it.

If you did not install new 3rd-party programs that may cause this crashing in W11 and you did not change BIOS and this problem continues, bring the laptop back to the retailer and demand a new one.
