Laptop will not turn on acer chrome book 315

my laptop will not turn on. I called acer prior and they gave me a command to key in on keyboard and it rebooted and turned on. It happened again and I forgot the command. Can you help?

    What laptop do you have? Acer makes a whole lot of different ones. :)

    I have an acer chrome book 315

    it doesn’t power up. When I called acer they trouble shooted over the phone the had me press and hold two characters at the same time and my laptop rebooted. I write it down but cannot find it. When I called acer back they wouldn’t help me again

    I don't know exactly the procedure, but please tell me the model to consult the manual, look at the lower sticker and tell me if something similar to:
