    Your Toshiba drive has failed, time to replace it. Which Acer model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.

    Where can I find that number?


    Also I guess I lost all my data since I didn't get the chance to backup?

    Go to a hdd repair service and then after they send it back to you,instantly backup the drive then throw it away as it is not trusted to work in the
