Tap F2 on startup to enter the BIOS menu. Post a phone photo of the BIOS INFORMATION page if possible.

OK. Press WIN+R. Enter 'msconfig'. Under the boot, checkmark safeboot. Click OK. Shutdown Windows normally. Turn it back on and post a phone photo of what the safeboot desktop looks like.

Both BIOS & safeboot look good to me. Probably not a hardware problem.

So press WIN+R again in safeboot. Enter 'msconfig'. Uncheck safeboot. Click OK. Then shutdown again.

Turn it back on. Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next. Do you see an automatic restore point with a date stamp about the time the screen color changed?

when i screen shot from the laptop it doesn't show up ….only when i click from my phone it obviously shows.

it shows when i continuously use lets say browser for sometime…it shows the same menu option at the top of browser when i close the browser. the top toolbar of browser's print pixel remains but it goes after like 2 hours. but what annoys me is that it shows up so brightly that it makes me feels like i have to repair the display. but its only been 4 or 5 months i bought this laptop….i bought it for $2000.

Boot to normal Windows mode again. Then open Control Panel. Follow these steps—

    1. Search 'restore point'.
    2. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane
    3. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next.
    4. Do you see an automatic restore point with a date stamp about the time the screen color changed?

Since it's new and under warranty, ask Acer to replace the display panel for free. I had to do that last year on my PH315-54 and for now, it's working fine.

What is the process for warranty claim?

For a warranty claim, click this link. Choose country where purchased. Click support link near top of country page. Enter the machine's serial number id (SNID) and arrange for warranty service by the contact methods provided. However since this usually involves shipping costs and takes a while, you should try the following first.
