ACER TravelMate P214-53 backlit keyboard not working

in TravelMate and Extensa
I have ACER TravelMate P214-53  i5 11 gen. I got a  keyboard with no backlit feature but in the description it says backlit is supported. Can u confirm
that whether backlit is supported for this model. if yes then how to enable it?

    Some of the P214-53 models have the backlit keyboard, others do not. You should be able to tell by looking at the function keys. If yours has a backlit keyboard there will be a key showing a lighted letter key, usually F8. If your function key doesn't have the symbol your model doesn't have a backlit keyboard.

    Is there any chance to order backlit keyboard for tmp214-53g-75ub?

    You could do that with any of the TravelMate P214-53G models, but it's likely cheaper to sell your existing model and purchase one with the backlight than to upgrade an existing one. The keyboard comes integrated into the top case and until the secondary marker starts selling parts for them it's an expensive purchase.
