Camera is not working in my new Acer Nitro 5 laptop

My camera is not working in Acer Nitro 5. I have tried to do troubleshooting, tried updating drivers, but there is no camera drivers available. I have tried to follow many youtube videos none of them worked. I am NOT ABLE TO FIND A CAMERA DRIVER in ACER DRIVER STORE as well. Please help me to restore it.

    Hi @amulya_jain please indicate the exact model of the computer and the version of Windows installed.

    Have you made any changes to the computer?

    Do I install any application, especially security?

    You say that the equipment is new, did the camera work at some point?

    Does the camera appear in device manager?

    Is there any error in device manager?

    Hi @Alejandro_AC

    I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 model.

    No, I haven't made any changes to the computer. In fact, since day 1, I was trying to switch on the camera, but it continuously fails with the error 0xA00F4244 error. I googled the error and tried many solutions, but nothing worked. There are NO DRIVERS related to the CAMERA showing in Device Manager.

    No there are no errors in the device manager.

    Do you use Windows 11?
    How strange, according to the service manual two types of camera are mounted:

    If, as you say in the device manager, the camera does not appear, I can only think that the camera is not physically connected or has a problem, but I really don't know what the problem is, I'm sorry.

    Let's see if there are more answers that can provide more information about this problem.
