I have to go into settings and to display just to turn my monitor back on, which is getting tiring. While I do that as well it flashes RGBWB, and cranks my nitrosense fans to 4000 rpm, which I don't know if that is normal. How do I fix this??

To clarify, most of these problems all started showing up today, but the turning off and disconnecting my monitor is the main issue.

What monitor model number is connected to your laptop?

Also open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next. Do you see an automatic restore point dated May 15?
