how do you get passed to other user screen?

    I purchased an acer w3 new in box.  What accessories do I need to get into the tablet?

    I can not get passed the other user sign in

    First thing... Try to post under an appropriate topic. The W3 and A1 are very different products. That said I'd suggest taking it back and getting a new one. Yours has obviously been in someone's hands or else it wouldn't have someone else's name and password in it. If that's not possible (you bought it on eBay or some such) contact the seller and get them to give you the password, then change it once you have logged in. If the seller can't give you the password, then it's likely a stolen device and you're pretty much between the rock and a hard place. :-(

    Turn off,hold volume up and down and power button all at same time, let go of power button when screen comes on, us volume bottons to move up n down select wipe/reset, press power button.
