Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-974Y - thunderbolt 4 What is possible to do?
Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-974Y on internet it's described that it has thunderbolt 4 port on-board, but it is not present, so I have bought it on Amazon and now I discovered that it's not present the controller
and it's lacked into bios …
What is possible to do ?

Hi,
Go to Device Manager, expand system devices and see whether it's showing up, also check you have the lightning icon next to the USB-c port.

Many thanks for your reply brummyfan2, I looked for the controller Thunderbolt and the icon on the usb-c port, but there isn't into system devices , none option into bios and the symbol on the external port is not the .lightning, but the usb simple.
So i think that there isn't any way to get the thunderbolt on this model, although the CPU has integrated the thunderbolt 4 … any suggest ?

Unfortunately, your laptop doesn't have the Thunderbolt 4, you could try returning the laptop to Amazon stating the reason and buy from another retailer after making sure that the model has Thunderbolt 4.
