Go to System > Sound and change the settings to Speaker

In my Nitro I have the FxSound Enhancer also which is a good equaliser and sound boosts also. But the sound issues are very complicated in Win-11 as there are so many audio drivers that govern the sound output on these laptops. When you change the settings to Speakers like the caption above shows, you also need to go to System > Sound >Volume mixer and use the volume levels below.

If all this does not work, then refresh the Realtek driver the following way:

Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Realtek Audio > Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for a driver > Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer > and then use the Realtek Audio OEM Acer driver version for your Nitro laptop and reinstall it.

As all this refreshes/reinstalls the Realtek audio driver and will make it work allot better. as that driver might be corrupted or have errors on your Nitro laptop that restricts the sound output, don't update this driver leave the Realtek Audio with the Acer default driver.

Hi there Steven, thanks heaps for a very fast response to my question mate I do appreciate it :-) Sadly your great suggestions had no impact honesly there must be a way of connecting this dam bluetooth speaker as a speaker and not a headset surely.

What is the exact Nitro 5 model number of your laptop AN515-xx as I've used BlueAnt devices since they were first released, and I've had no problems with any BT device from them or with connecting BT speakers to a Nitro laptop, I'm using a JBL Boombox 3 speaker with my Nitro AN515-56 now and it works perfectly and it pairs perfectly and they sound amazing.

You must have a corrupted BT and Realtek audio drivers, that need to be uninstalled and reinstalled and the rest of the Intel and Nvidia drivers refreshed like above in Device Manager, so do that, as the sound on these laptops is affected by the other audio drivers also if they are corrupted. Also the Nitro laptops BT is a very temperamental thing and in some Nitro laptops no bluetooth driver update works as only the initial Acer BT driver works, like in my Nitro AN515-56, so I know about BT problems 😁 this is especially with my Killer Intel AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card, so do that as and if you have reinstalled both BT and Realtek audio drivers and refreshed the Intel and Nvidia audio and your speakers still don't work properly, then its the speakers not the laptop.
