I just joined the community today and would like to know where I check for driver updates and how long do they take to download.

    You can download the drivers from the Acer page, but it is necessary to know the exact model, can you please indicate it here and I will give you the download address?

    Press Windows Key + R

    In the dialog box type:
    msinfo32

    and press enter.

    Now look for the system model

    Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
