Hello. Windows 11 in the list of updates was Acer firmware. Installed it. Now the laptop either has a black screen or hangs on the Acer splash screen. Please share the instructions and the bios file. Now bios 1.28. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,
Could you please go to BIOS screen, as soon as you press Power button press F2 button, once you are in the BIOS screen, move to Main tab, press F9 button to set the values to default, press F10 button to Save & Exit.
I would strongly suggest against downgrading BIOS because it may brick your laptop, so avoid downgrading it.

Tried. Did not help. Maybe not even a downgrade, but the same version and instructions on how to do it. I'm not stupid. I understand.

I don't think you can install another BIOS update on a same version but you could try removing the CMOS battery after disconnecting the main battery, leave the laptop to rest for 20-30 minutes, then reinsert CMOS battery and reconnect the battery, reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery before trying to start.

Please wait for someone more experienced with BIOS updating to helpyou because I don't want to brick your laptop, if you don't get a response, I would suggest you get it fixed by a technician at a local laptop repair shop.

You would help me a lot if you threw off the bios for the usb drive. Iine it is important that the laptop will be. I'm just geographically located in a place where there is no way to give somewhere. So I would risk to flash it myself.

You can download BIOS from here for your model but I don't know how to update BIOS with USB disk.

This is not a firmware issue. Access the bios main tab and then change the sata mode to ahci and press f10 to save and exit.
