Hello. Today I was sitting at my nitro 5, it was charged up to 100% and plugged into an outlet. But suddenly it just lost 4% of the charge and dropped to 96%. This has happened to me 3 times now and it's the same all the time, it just loses 4% charge from 100% to 96%. Please tell me why is this happening? Is this normal for a laptop? Where do these 4% go?

Hi @Andrew_Sn It may simply be a reading error, please try to perform a battery calibration, thank you.

Hello. I asked this question on reddit and they told me it was a battery protection feature, it happens to some people too.

Battery protection is a feature of Acer Care Center, please check if you have it enabled:
Open Acer Care Center - Check - Battery Status - Right side with ">" symbol - Enable "Battery charge limit" option

do not full charge your laptop all the time, much better if you enable the battery charge limit while plugged in to the outlet.
