@KERWIZ to install the audio driver, right-click the install.cmd, choose run as administrator and wait. The next thing is installing the audio console driver app. This app will let you select the type of device when plugging in the 3.5mm port.

Choose Headset, which will use its mic although Windows still shows it as microphone array. For Bluetooth, you do the same thing as the audio driver.

@KERWIZ can you expand the network adapters tab so that I can check the WIFI card name?

While it is rarely thought about, the usage of these technologies , enables us to have a better understanding of the performance of our partners since it makes it simpler for us to determine how many hours are spent within the company.

Hello mr @AnhEZ28 , I seem to have the same problem as him. I just updated to Windows 11, and the realtek audio audio console and realtek driver itself cannot be installed on my computer. I also have an Acer Nitro 7 AN715-51-54U3. I checked Acer's website for the drivers, and it didn't have it for Windows 11. All were for windows 10. I did however try using the windows 10 ones, it doesn't allow me to install. I also tried using the Acer nitro 5 windows 11 drivers, it still didn't work. The bluetooth thing, I fixed by using the acer nitro 5 windows 11 bluetooth driver link in the site. I need to install the Realtek Audio Driver, and and Realtek Audio Console but I don't know where to get the installers and how to install them.

Everytime I open the Realtek Audio Console, this is what happens. I uninstalled everything just now. Would you mind reaching me in discord to guide me if it's possible? My discord is bergyboii0512. Thank you sir.
