A3-A20 Firmware Reset issues

Hi Everyone

I'm trying to reset my firmware to factory settings I go to the acer support site and enter my SNID and download the file called 3G_Acer_AV0K0.1.022.00.WW.GEN1_A44K_A

I try using the SPTool to flash the ROM and I keep getting this error that the scatter.txt file isn't valid or something…

Can anyone please help?

    Try it again instead from this link to download, unzip and retry to install this operating system image.

    You copy the zip file to the root directory of a FAT32 SD card and put it in the tablet. When you boot into recovery mode it will see the zip, extract it and install the new OS. You don't use any tool to do the install. I believe the process is documented in the user manual…
