Can I do the update through Acer official site?

My Acer screen popped up a msg from Outbyte Driver Updater saying Newer version (2.2.3.13989)available and my current version is 2.2.3.13064. What is this version for? Should I update it and this company will charge me for the update. Can I do the update through Acer official site? This company also said that a lot of my drivers are out of date too.

    Don't use Driver Update software’s as they can damage your laptop, especially bios updates or firmware updates that are NOT an official Acer update! Most of the driver updates software’s are a scam, as they update systems with none genuine drivers that damage a computer or when they clean systems out they delete important files.

    A screen driver update is NOT necessary or needed, as your laptop has the most appropriate driver from windows and Intel, I’ve never ever had to update a laptop screen driver ever, so don’t update anything and only use the Acer designated drivers and either Intel Nvidia or AMD drivers that are appropriate to your laptop or desktop.
