nitro 5 Calendar stuck in Japanese??

every since i bought my nitro 5 last year the calendar has been in Japanese anyway to revert back into the English language?

    press Windows key on the keyboard then type "language" (without the quotes) then press Enter key

    change the Language and Region to English United States

    i had to go into Time and language then date and time and on the bottom it says additional settings, click the show additional calendars in the task bar, click dont show additional calendars and it'll put it back into the English version not the simplified Chinese (Lunar) version.

    as far as i know they do, none of the other settings on my laptop have been changed. everything is the same, only thing different is the calendar is no longer in Chinese.
