1.First try to change the angle of the screen and check does the lines are gone and still you have it.

2.Go to the BIOS and check , do you still see those lines in the BIOS

3.GO to Device manager and uninstall the display driver and restart you laptop and check

Still if you have the issue doing the above step than it could be an hardware issue. you need to send it for repair.

Call Acer support and send it for repair if you have the warranty.

@Jack22 . I will try these steps when I started seeing the lines again. As for now, The line doesn't appear anymore.

    Thank you

I've seen recently where the display EDP connection (Display wire to motherboard) had become unseated somehow on this same model.

The user simply pushed the connection in to seat it properly and the issue was gone.

@Red-Sand , thanks for that info. Would I be able to do it myself or do I need to consult technical support? The warranty has ended btw.

@gascn Obviously the best route is to have someone experienced do it,

If you're not sure what a EDP connection cable is then I'd suggest having someone take a look for you.

It's not difficult and you may find videos on Youtube showing how the connector works but also take note that not all EDP connectors attach the same way. Some are simply push connectors and others have a hinge lock that needs to be opened for the cable to move.
