URGENT!! NEED HELP My VG270 Sbmiipx's half dosent work when it is on 144hz mode but works on 60 hz

Hello, I'm having problems with a product of yours. The VG270 Sbmiipx to be exact. The problem is whenever I switch to 144hz my monitors half seems to go completely black and with 60hz the problem doesn't persist. I need 144hz since I play FPS games.

I've seen people with the same problem. pls-reply-thanks

    What GPU is it connected to? HDMI or DP?

    It is connected to a MSI RX5500XT Gaming X 8G with the DP cable that came with it

    Weird, AMD doesn't seem to publish their specs for refresh rates as far as I can see. They state 4K@60 and 90fps at 1080P. Does 90Hz work? What about 120Hz?

    only 60 to 75hz works anything above that has the same black bar

    You can try to reinstall the display drivers in the computer to check if that makes any difference.

    Hope it will help you in some way.
