    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.
    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.
    (3) Click run as administrator.
    (4) Enter 'powercfg  /batteryreport' at command prompt.
    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.
    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.
    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

    Hi @techyrecon

You can try to reinstall the battery drivers in the laptop.

    Windows 11 Battery

NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the battery driver to reinstall the drivers back.

If in case if it doesn't work then you can try to reset the laptop to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link for the steps to do a complete reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.

OK. Battery seems normal. Try ragsak28 's suggestion. If it still behaves the same way, then click this link. Choose your country. Click support link near top of country page. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID) and arrange for warranty repair service.
