I tried searching for possible solutions online like changing the dts settings and adjusting the sound settings in control panel but nothing worked. My drivers are also up to date so I don't know what else to do. Any possible fix for this?

If you dont see the option "Goback"

    Try this method..

    On a different working computer.

    Go to the website

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

Below the info Create Windows 10 installation media

    click on download tool now..

It will download the windows media creation tool - click on media creation file on the lower left corner.

Insert a blank 8 gb flash drive

it will download and install the windows 10 on the blank flash drive..

Now insert the flash drive on the broken computer

Tap f2 while turning on the computer

    Go to bios

    Go to main tab

f12 boot menu - change it to enabled

    Go to boot tab

    Boot mode : uefi

    Secure boot - Enabled

    F10 - save the changes

Try f12 while turning on the computer.

    Go to boot menu

    chose usb flash drive

    Boot it using flash drive..

    click on install

    chose custom

on where do you want to install windows screen - remove all the partitions

It will become like one single unallocated space

There is no need to format it..

    chose the unallocated space

    click on next

It will install the operating system.

You will get good sound on Windows 10

    Go to website - support.acer.com

    chose your country

type the snid or chose the model no

chose the operating system - Chose Windows 11

Check whether you are able to see the drivers for Windows 11 - If you are not able to chose Windows 11 on the drop down menu of operating system

If you are not able to see it on the drop down then your computer is not compatible for Windows 11

You can always go back to Windows 10

On search - type reset this pc

    click on reset this pc

check whether you are able to see the option "Go Back "

Click on it , it will take you back to Windows 10

If you dont want to go back to Windows 10 then you better get external speakers for good sound
