Play Music App

I recently had to reset my tablet to the factory seetings. Before the reset, in my Play Music App, all my albums were identified by the album name, phot/picture, artist(s), etc. Now, with the reset, all my albums are identified only by an image of half an earphone. Any ideas on how I can change this?

Everything about Play Music: Google Play Music

I think you have to synchronize your library with the good Google account.

Thanks for the answer. I am not very smart when it comes to electronics. I understand the synchronization theory, but how would I do that? I will appreciate any hints you can send my way!

The only green lonk I see is to report inappropriate actions. I assume that is not the one.

So what I am understanding, nothing in the Google Music Manager stuff is going to help as I cannot download the manager to a tablet. I can transfer music from my computer to my tablet with my USB cable, which I have done. Did not solve my original problem of getting my album identifications to show up on my Play Music app. Thanks for your help.

    The best is:

    - delete all your music on Google Play Music (use your Google account)

    - uninstall Play Music on your Android device (app and data)

    - install Music Manager on your PC

    - reinstall Play Music on your Android device

    - choose the directory on your PC where your music is

    - let it synchronize

    - have fun

All of my management is in Window Media Player. I then export the entire Musc directory to a microSD card which I can put in either Windows or Android Tabs. All of the album pictures appear.

Did have to use a subdirectory because Media Player has a 50 folder limit and I am waaaay over that, other devices have no problems.

I do like the cearfi player better because it does not keep trying to sync with an account I do not have.
