I have the laptop for 3 days now and it keeps shutting of when i'm playing games, i made some tests and didn't found the issue. I changed the charger and also the RAM memory.

@MacaulayCarlos does it show any blue screen or does the laptop just turn off all of a sudden?

@MacaulayCarlos then try to update the BIOS. If that doesn't work, I would try resetting Windows.

    1. try uninstalling some unused apps mate using IOBit Uninstaller... periodically scan your laptop for viruses...
    2. install a good antivirus or internet security like Avast Premium Security, Symantec Endpoint Protection or McAfee Endpoint Protection then add a secondary antivirus like Smadav Pro.
    3. refrain from installing apps that you seldom use. be sure to have adequate drive space.
    4. disable some startup apps in the task manager or you can use "autoruns" which is a free Sysinternals tool.
    5. before opening any games, launch the Nitrosense, set to Max and Performance and set also the content mode to Shooter.
    6. try to use/apply the optimal settings offered by the game.
    7. update your drivers or you can use IOBit Driver Booster to update your drivers to the latest version (before updating, be sure to have created a restore point).
    8. do not mess with your BIOS, do not disable the secure boot, and do not overclock (if it is an AMD processor).
    9. reset using the factory image or format the drive and install new operating system.
    10. it is wise to image the whole drive first before installing apps prior to the unboxing. Use Macrium Reflect.
