i see horizontal black lines while playing some games and my laptop is new (only 2 weeks ) can't show any examples because the lines doesn't show on screen recordings , mostly it happens when i move my camara around

What is the exact model of your laptop, as this should not be happening on a new laptop with the screen, unless your old games are corrupted and are causing these issues, also allot of the fixes for this issue are not what a new user of a new laptop should be doing in changing parts, as that is an Acer service warranty matter, and you should consult Acer about these issues with a new laptop under warranty.

Do these lines appear on an external monitor or when playing in windowed mode?
NVIDIA should fix this problem in the coming future updates and experimental updates. Hopefully, Intel and NVIDIA will team up to fix this and test all the units on different popular games before releasing it to the market.

What website did you get this information from? Is it a problem related to the drivers?
i just noticed that happens on full screen mode and not on windowed mode
So I advise to update all drivers from intel and nvidia websites.
go to Windows Update, then Advance options and Optional updates... Download and install everything there... Hopefully Intel & NVIDIA drivers will be updated and your problem will be solved just like what I experienced. 😉
