Do a Win-10 reset at settings and use "Keep my files" or if you want to do a compete reset then use "Remove everything"

Nope that didn't help because it's asking me to install a media drive

Did you try to restore the system to an earlier point either in Windows10-11 or with Windows RE on your recovery USB drive?
