Open Control Panel. Click 'edit power plan' in left pane. Click 'change advanced power settings' Expand 'processor power management' folder. Expand maximum processor state folder. Set both values at 100% for both battery alone and plugged in.

    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.

    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.

    (3) Click run as administrator.

    (4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.

    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.

    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.

    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

In less than a half-hour, the videos and other processes seem to be consuming about 30% of the battery capacity. This is quite high. And suggests the battery alone can't keep up with the power demand. So it needs help from the charger to meet the power demanded by the videos and whatever other processes are running in the background.. Please post a screenshot of the top sections of TaskManager Processes and Startup tabs to see if anything else other than the videos are consuming so much power.

We need to see the screenshot when you're actually watching the problem videos.
