    Hi @samsuhas

    You can try to reset the BIOS.

    How do I reset my BIOS/UEFI to default settings?

    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until your system shuts completely down.
    2. Power on the system.
    3. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    4. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.

    Hope it will help you in some way.

    @Aasutosh,

    what is the exact model name? Example AN515-56-50HK.

    Open BIOS and send a photo of the BIOS informaton tab.

    To enter the BIOS, turn off the machine. Then press the power button and immediately after that press DEL (for desktop) of F2 (for notebook) quickly for several times. If windows starts loading, it's too late. Then try again.
