Swift SF314-59 Mazer integrated hub USB not recognized error.

anyone has experience using Mazer integrated hub?

My laptop keeps sending message that the Windows does not recognize this device connecter to USB-c.

    That message is normally seen when a USB device is connected, but not sending the correct ID for the system to recognize. Are there drivers that need to be installed? There often are for those generic docks...

    No driver was given. I was told that just plug in to work

    If other devices work fine on that port, then the Mazer is likely a bad unit.
