I recently got a nitro 5, it's been running really well until about 2 days ago, I can barely run any games and most of the ones I can run still have stutters and bad performance, I believe it is an issue with the GPU but I am not sure whats causing it, in Ready Or Not which I could previously run 100+ on epic settings I was running 30-50 with medium settings. I could also see little black spots.

Testing RDR2 I can see that the GPU watts is locked at 20, I don't think that's normal, any help would be appericiated.

I am currently running Ultimate Performance Mode^^

Make sure that your fans, cpu/gpu is repasted and all vents are clean and also you install the GeForce Experience and run your games to NVidia max settings, and you have the latest Intel drivers and NVidia drivers for your gpu installed but, and make sure that the old drivers are completely uninstalled, as that will ensure that your gpu's will perform to its max performance. Its a simple formula as gpu's don't just go wrong.

Completely reinstalled GPU drivers using DDU, the power is the same and fps is 20 on RDR2 lowest which I could run with 50-60 on relatively high settings earlier.

GPU utilization stays at around 90-100 on it, CPU usually less than 10.

Apparently the 20 watts thing is normal for nitro 5 but I haven't seen any fixes for it.

I [Sensitive Content] love you dude. The fact that ACER didnt have a [Sensitive Content] clue how to fix this is just idiotic. The fix was to deactivate and activate. Amazing stuff. Thanks bro
