Acer aspire x330 doesn't boot from USB/DVD

hNo matter what I do in the BIOS of my Acer Aspire x330 it is not possible to boot from a USB stick or from a DVD.
The Windows boot manager continues to take precedence and when I disable it I get the message after restarting: Reboot and select proper boot device or insert Boot media in selected device and press a key.

If you have UEFI, USB flash must be created as follows. Don't forget to disable Secure boot in the BIOS for using USB with Rufus.

Be sure that BOOT ENABLE is enabled in your Bios or some had F12 enabled.
After you enable then exit bios/save changes and reboot via F12.

Are you doing a F12 after powering on, to get the boot manager ?

Yes, I do a F12 and hte only option there is the bootmanager and then Windows 10 starts.

Try another USB flash drive.

The USB must be bootable.
Do this (another computer to create it) as it'll make a bootable USB with a windows install and repair if necessary.

I did already and how about a dvd that does not sart?

One via IMGBURN and also via RUFUS

And also an official Windows dvd does not boot

This always runs on any computer that I've tried. It does the bootable thing.
I would go into safe mode HOLD SHIFT while restarting and do a reset without formatting (keep your data)

It should show in the F12 bios menu if it is.?

Actually, I think that a windows repair disk will boot at power on.

You can also create a bootable DVD with Windows Media Creation Tool and see if it works.
