I have acer aspire 3, I tried to install manjaro from usb but after the boot loader it stucks on logo screen. I thought there might be some problem in manjaro so i tried ubuntu but result was same. I also tried rufus, etcher, nothing worked.

Does any one know what might be the problem?

You need to go to bios to change the boot options.

Try f2 while turning on the computer. Go to bios

On the main menu - f12 boot menu - disabled - change it to enabled. If you are not able to find the f12 boot option on the main menu please go to boot or boot options menu on top - go to boot menu on the bottom and enable it if you find it.

Go to boot or boot options menu on top

    boot mode : uefi

    secure boot : enable

If uefi is not working change it to legacy and check. If you are not able to change the secure boot to enable set the supervisor password on bios by going to authentication or security. f10 save the changes

Tap f12 while turning on the computer it will show you the boot menu - chose usb to boot from flash drive.

Please try it in a different usb port. Please try with an alternative flash drive and check. Try the same flash drive on a different computer and check to isolate the issue.

I tried this flash drive on another computer and it works fine, tried on different port to but no result

Since it is working fine on the other computer i dont think so it is the issue with usb flash drive. On which port you are connecting on the other computer. Is it on usb 2.0 or usb 3.0. What are options you are chosing on bios on the other computer ? You might have to do the same steps on this computer.
