Acer V3-571G crashing with bluescreen error

Our Laptop continues to crash intermittently and quite frequently going to a blue screen with the following details:

    There's a detailed explanation for those error logs, but they usually just explain the error in more technical jargon and don't point to specific causes. I'd recommend running through the standard, primary diagnosis procedures first:

     

    • Try booting and running in Safe Mode for a while and see if the BSODs continue
    • Run chkdsk on your boot-up drive
    • Test your RAM (Google has tons of ways to do this)
    • Ensure all of your drivers are up to date
    • Do a quick virus scan

    This is the 100 calorie version of self-diagnosis, but you can typically resolve quite a few issues with such broad tests/fixes. At the very least, you might be able to narrow down possible culprits.
