I recently bought it, I want to know how the memory is organized for further modernization, the programs say one thing, crucial.com another, and www.acer.com that in general 8GB is the maximum

Yes, you have a 8GB onboard RAM(soldered) and an empty slot for upgrade, you can install a 16GB 3200MHz RAM in the slot.

Hi,
This model came with different memory configurations depending on the region, I think yours came with a 8GB onboard memory and a slot for upgrade, if that's the case, you can install a 16GB 3200MHz module in the slot but avoid buying any RAM with XMP profile, they will not work.
I would suggest you install CPU-z, run it and find out the specs and setup of memory modules in your laptop before purchase RAM.

Sorry, my instructions were not very clear, anyway, you can go to Memory tab and SPD tab to find out the setup but looking at the post above I think you have a 8GB onboard RAM in your laptop and it runs at 3200MHz.

In spd tab both slots are inactive. Empty fields, no data
