I have been trying to fix my predator G6-710 all day with this reboot error message. I have tried updating the bios through the acer article with a flash drive but it ran into a rom not compatible error. I don’t know if it is a bios problem or some kind of hardware problem. Any help is welcome!!

Hi StilesMannaro and lets see what is going wrong with your desktop but, it would really help to give you a more accurate guide, if you would show us a caption or describe what that "reboot error message" is? Also, doing a bios update is dangerous and not the answer (as it can brick your pc) and is only done unless your pc problem is from what a bios update can update or says that it fixes.

Yes, take a photo of the error message. Typically that type of errors points to a problem with the main drive. What drives do you have installed? When you go into the BIOS, what drives are displayed? Do you have a Windows install flash drive you can boot from to do some diagnostics?

The boot order thing can be ignored, that's from back in the Windows 7 and prior years when the boot list wasn't handled by UEFI.
